1. Delivery
We’re excited to offer Free Standard Delivery across the EU! Your orders are carefully handled at our Distribution Centre in Poland.
Quick Dispatch: If you place your order before 12:00 p.m. (GMT), we’ll ship it out the same day—Monday to Friday! During busy times, please allow an extra 2-3 business days for processing.
Reliable Shipping: All packages are sent via UPS Express, ensuring a swift delivery right to your door.
Order Tracking
Once your order is on its way, you’ll get an email with all the details, including a tracking number and link. Remember, deliveries happen Monday through Friday during business hours, and a signature will be needed upon delivery.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely pleased with your order, we offer a straightforward returns process.
2. Returns
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return any item(s) for a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please fill out the return form included in your order and send it to the address provided. Please ensure the item(s) are in their original, unopened condition and include all packaging materials.
3. Refunds
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process your refund within seven working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item(s) were damaged upon receipt.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference in your return request email. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
5. Damaged Items
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within seven working days of receiving the order. We will arrange for a full refund or replacement of the damaged item(s) at no extra cost. We will also reimburse you for the return postage incurred.
